摘要
Abstract
To promote Chinese-style modernization in the new era requires further deepening reform as the driving force to create a new situation of ecological protection and high quality development in the Yellow River basin.The promotion path of high qual-ity development in the Yellow River basin is put forward under the background of further comprehensively deepening reform:the premise is to deepen the institutional reform of ecological civilization,the foundation is to develop new quality productivity ac-cording to local conditions,the motivation is to build an institutional mechanism to support comprehensive innovation,the sup-port is to inherit the Yellow River culture for digital protection,the guarantee is to strengthen the top level design of protection,and the pattern is to integrate into the development road of high level opening up of the"belt and road".关键词
