Three Dimensional Construction of the Guarantee of the Travel Information Accessibility System for the Elderly
摘要
Abstract
Ensuring the accessibility of travel information for the elderly is a necessary measure to adapt to the aging society.Al-though the existing system provides multi-level norms and guidelines for the accessibility of travel information for the elderly,it is found that there are still problems at the practical level,such as the lack of full coverage of travel information accessibility for the elderly,the insufficient supply of public services for convenient travel,and the urgent need to improve the degree of travel infor-mation facilities for the elderly.To improve the protection of the barrier-free travel information system for the elderly,it is neces-sary to deepen the unity and operability of standards under the guidance of the concepts of"positive aging view""mainstreaming the rights of the elderly"and"operability,coordination and collaboration of legislation",strengthen the convergence and inte-gration of barrier-free laws and regulations,reasonably delineate the responsible subjects and scope of responsibility,improve the accessibility relief channels for travel information,and give full play to market forces.关键词
