预制舱式变电站的地震响应与结构设计方法研究
Research on seismic response and structural design method of prefabricated cabin substation

Abstract
To solve the problems of no real ground motion test and lack of design methods in the in-service pre-fabricated cabin substation(PCS),a bidirectional full-scale shaking table test was conducted on the practical PCS to obtain the displacement and acceleration responses under natural and artificial ground motions.The dy-namic characteristics and seismic responses of PCS were explored.A dimensionless index,the response spec-trum stiffness ratio,was proposed.A reliable finite element model calibrated by the experimental data was used for parameter analysis to determine the applicable range of the index.A design method for PCS based on the response spectrum stiffness ratio was put forward.The research results show that the PCS can meet the structural requirements of a seismic fortification intensity of 8 degree(0.30g).The experimentally measured acceleration amplification factor range of the structure is about 1.0 to 2.5.The maximum story drift under sel-dom occurred earthquake is 1/319,which can meet the limit requirements of the code.The damping ratios in the X and Y directions of the PCS are 8.7%and 6.8%,respectively.The maximum seismic fortification inten-sity that a PCS without anti-lateral steel plate walls can meet is 7 degree(0.15g).When the seismic fortifica-tion intensity is 8 degree(0.20g)or above and the response spectrum stiffness ratio is no less than 0.45,the structural response can basically meet the requirements.关键词
