Numerical simulation of cement-based composites truss simply supported beam with digitally distributed steel fibers

Abstract
In order to improve the reinforcement effect of steel fiber on the mechanical properties of cement-based composite members,this paper constructs a design method of digital distribution of steel fiber aiming at improving the bearing capacity,so that the orientation of steel fiber is consistent with the direction of the prin-cipal tensile stress of the members.According to the sensitivity weight of steel fiber volume fraction in differ-ent spatial units to the bearing capacity,a certain volume fraction of steel fiber is gradually accurately put into the spatial units with different bearing capacity,and the quantitative relationship between steel fiber distribu-tion and the bearing capacity of the members is established,so as to obtain the digital distribution information of steel fiber in the members.This method is applied to determine the digital distribution information of steel fibers in truss simply supported beams,and the influence of digital distribution of steel fibers on the flexural performance and mechanical characteristics of steel fibers in truss simply supported beams is analyzed by com-paring numerical simulation with randomly and directionally distributed steel fiber members.The results show that under the same average fiber volume fraction,the flexural performance of simply supported beam with digitally distributed steel fibers is significantly better than that of randomly distributed and directionally distrib-uted members,and its steel fibers absorb more energy,the number of steel fibers at cracks increases and the tensile stress borne by the fibers increases,which reveals the reinforcement mechanism of digitally distributed steel fibers.关键词
