车用三元锂电池的面外挤压响应特性仿真及失效分析
Out-of-plane compression response simulation and failure analysis of automotive ternary lithium-ion batteries

Abstract
To investigate the internal short circuit failure of automotive ternary lithium-ion batteries under mechanical abuse,this study combines experimental and simulation methods to analyze out-of-plane compression response characteristics of batteries.Initially,quasi-static loading experiments were conducted on both batteries and jellyrolls,and failure process analyzed through experimental observa-tions and loading-displacement curves.Subsequently,key failure parameters were determined via parameter optimization,enabling the establishment of a finite element model coupling battery's shell and jellyroll.Results demonstrate that the proposed model accurately captures the mechanical behavior under compression,achieving prediction accuracies of 92.8%for short-circuit failure displacement and 96.4%for failure load.Furthermore,by comparing the deformation responses under different compres-sion conditions,the correlation between mechanical abuse and internal short circuit failure was revealed.The research provides theoretical basis for failure assessments of lithium-ion batteries.关键词
