摘要

Abstract

Using ultrafine mineral powder as the precursor and sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide as activators,slag-based geopolymer slurry with different mix proportion was prepared.The influence of different water-to-binder ratios,sodium silicate mass fractions,and sodium silicate moduli on the strength properties of the geopolymer slurry was analyzed through unconfined compressive strength tests and splitting tensile strength tests.The results indicate that the strength of the slag-based geopolymer slurry decreases with increasing water-to-binder ratio and increases with increasing curing age.The strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing as the sodium silicate modulus and mass fraction increase.The peak strength occurs at a modulus of 1.2 and a sodium silicate mass fraction of 7%.The samples with moduli,sodium silicate mass fractions,water-to-binder ratios of 1.2,7%,0.40(W-3),and 1.2,7%,0.35(M-3)were selected as experimental groups.The workability and strength performance of these experimental groups were compared with those of traditional ordinary Portland cement-based slurry(P·O 42.5).W-3 experimental group exhibited better workability than the control group slurry.M-3 experimental group showed superior strength performance compared to the control group slurry.
