毛氏降脂方联合针刺治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝炎痰瘀互结证的真实世界回顾性队列研究
A Real-World Retrospective Cohort Study on Mao's Lipid-Lowering Formula Combining with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Metabolic Associated Steatohepatitis with Phlegm-Blood Stasis Intermingling Syndrome

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Mao's Lipid-Lowering Formula combining acupuncture in the treatment of patients with metabolic associated steatohepatitis(MASH).[Methods]Based on real-world re-search methodology,a retrospective cohort study was conducted,enrolling 85 MASH patients who were treated in the First Department of Hepatology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023.According to whether Mao's Lipid-Lowering Formula combining acupuncture was adopted,the en-rolled patients were divided into a treatment group(40 cases)and a control group(45 cases).The body mass index(BMI),controlled attenuation parameter(CAP),total TCM symptom score,liver function indexes[γ-glutamyl trans-ferase(GGT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],blood lipid levels[triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),total cholesterol(TC)],inflammatory factor levels,as well as high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)and adiponectin(APN)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treat-ment.Meanwhile,the total clinical effective rate of the two groups was compared.[Results]The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 70.00%in the control group,with the efficacy of the treatment group being superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMI,CAP,total TCM symptom score,HMGB1,liver function indexes,blood lipid levels and inflammatory factor levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the APN level was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the above indexes in the treatment group improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Mao's Lipid-Lowering For-mula combining acupuncture has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of MASH,with the effects of regulating blood lipids,improving liver function,alleviating inflammatory damage and relieving clinical symptoms.关键词
