摘要
Abstract
As a key control component of industrial system,valve's internal flow field characteristics and flow induced vibration directly affect system efficiency and safety performance.This paper systematically re-views research progress on internal flow fields and flow-induced vibration characteristics of valves,with a fo-cus on studies addressing flow field refinement,cavitation phenomena,and vibration noise interactions.Cur-rent research is constrained by oversimplified models,insufficient experimental validation,and lack of multi-physics coupling analysis.Future efforts should develop multi-field coupled simulations and full-scale ex-periments,integrating high-resolution measurement technologies such as Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV)and ultrasound,with intelligent optimization algorithms.Such expand could expand wide working condition studies,and deepen mechanistic research to enhance valve design reliability and engineering applicability.关键词
