Abstract

Promoting the integration of new technologies for shiitake mushroom production in Hebei Province is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of shiitake mushroom industry in Hebei Province.Taking the traditional and new technologies used in the production process of shiitake mushroom as the research objects,based on the field research data,the entropy weight method was used to calculate the comprehensive benefit score of the integration of traditional and new technologies from three aspects:economic benefits,social benefits,and ecological benefits.The influencing factors of the integration benefits of new technologies in shiitake mushroom production in Hebei Province were analyzed.The results showed that the comprehensive benefits of integration of new technologies in the production process of shiitake mushroom in Hebei Province were significantly higher than those of traditional technologies,and the economic benefits of new technologies were greater than the ecological benefits and social benefits,indicating that shiitake mushroom production enterprises in Hebei Province placed more emphasis on economic and ecological benefits.Vaccination efficiency,per capita annual income of employees,number of employed people,conversion rate of bacterial bran,and solid waste emissions accounted for a weight greater than 0.1,which were important factors affecting the level of new technology integration.The countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to fully leverage the demonstration and driving role of new technology integration enterprises,encourage and support the improvement of production efficiency,and implement the strategy of focusing on both ends and promoting the middle.
