Measurement of Green Development Resilience and Analysis of Obstacle Factors in the Edible Agricul-tural Products Processing Industry in Hebei Province

Abstract
Green development serves as the foundation for high-quality development,and new-quality productive forces equate to green productive forces.Enhancing the resilience of green development in the food industry in Hebei Province serves as the driving force for the sustainable development of the food processing industry.Based on panel data of green development in the food industry in Hebei Province from 2009 to 2022,a com-prehensive evaluation system was constructed using Martin's 4R theoretical framework,and the entropy weight method was used to quantitatively evaluate the resilience of green development in the edible agricultural prod-ucts processing industry in Hebei Province.An indicator obstacle degree model was introduced to conduct in-depth analysis of its influencing factors.The results indicated that the overall resilience of the green develop-ment of the food industry in Hebei Province was in a fluctuating upward trend,but its resistance and resilience were continuously declining.The coupling coordination degree between the two subsystems of resistance recovery and reconstruction update had increased and was currently in an intermediate coordination state.The insufficient development of stable benefits,green transformation capabilities,and innovation support were the main factors leading to slow resilience improvement.To enhance the resilience of green development of edible agricultural products in Hebei Province,it is necessary to con-solidate the foundation of green development,gather innovative resources,and build new mechanisms for green development.The countermeasures and sugges-tions for optimizing product structure,enhancing eco-nomic creativity,consolidating the foundation of green development,building a new model of indus-trial green development,gathering innovative re-sources,and constructing an innovative system for the edible agricultural product processing industry were proposed.关键词
