Research on the Construction Planning of"Beautiful and Happy Rivers and Lakes"in Jinan City
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve the transformation of the Dawen River in Jinan City into an ecological,cultural,and economic integrated corridor,based on the analysis of the city's water resources,challenges in water conservancy development,and the current state of the Dawen River,this article adopts a method combining problem-oriented and goal-oriented approaches to construct a"goal,space,strategy"planning system,clearly define the planning target positioning,propose a spatial layout of"One River,Four Zones,"and formulate special plans and differentiated solutions for flood control safety and water quality management in Gangcheng District and Laiwu District.The research results provided practical examples for the river and lake governance in Jinan and also offered technical support for similar projects in water-scarce cities in northern China.关键词
