摘要

Abstract

To address the problems such as scattered supervision,broken data chains and unclear responsibilities in rural water conservancy projects,this study has developed a quality control mechanism of"supervision closed-loop+data traceability."Based on process analysis and actual engineering cases,the key supervision nodes throughout the lifecycle of rural water conservancy projects were systematically analyzed,including qualification review,on-site supervision,result verification and evaluation,and issues feedback,etc..By incorporating QR code tagging and data platform,it could ensure entire process traceability of quality-related actions.Practical application demonstrates that this mechanism could significantly improve the efficiency of problem response,enhance the supervision coverage of concealed works,and strengthen data traceability.It has effectively enhanced the regulatory capabilities at grassroots level,improved the quality guarantee level of engineering works,providing both institutional and technical support for optimizing rural water conservancy governance system and the construction of smart water conservancy.
