基于"肝脾-免疫"探讨当归芍药散治疗维持期狼疮性肾炎
Treatment of Lupus Nephritis in Maintenance Phase with Danggui Shaoyao Powder Based on"Liver and Spleen-Immune"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Lupus nephritis,as a severe immune-mediated glomerulonephritis,progresses to end-stage renal disease in about 50%of patients and is the leading cause of death in systemic lupus erythematosus.Clinically,lupus nephritis is divided into an acute induction phase and a maintenance phase.The main goals of maintenance phase treatment are to stabilize the condition,prevent recurrence of lu-pus nephritis,reduce kidney damage,and lower the incidence of uremia.Therefore,treatment during the maintenance phase is a key stage for renal protection.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the core pathogenesis of the maintenance phase of lupus nephritis is Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency,leading to meridian and collateral obstruction,Fluid retention,and immune system disorder.Danggui Shaoyao Powder,by soothing the Liver and strengthening the Spleen while harmonizing blood and Water,can improve immune function.It is applicable for treating Liver-stagnation and Spleen-deficiency type lupus nephritis during the maintenance phase char-acterized by blood stasis and Fluid retention.关键词
