Treatment of Tumors Based on"Sanjiao(Triple Burner)"Theory
摘要
Abstract
The occurrence of tumors is related to deficiency of Zheng Qi,internal emotional injurie,improper diet,and external evil fac-tors.It is often caused by Cold,stasis,Dampness,and Toxin,which lead to stagnation of Qi and blood in the body.Over time,pathologi-cal Qi,blood,and body Fluids can accumulate in one place and congeal into a mass or Zhengjia(concretion and conglomeration).Tumor development is characterized by affecting primarily one Zang while being related to the Five Zang.The Three Jiao(Triple Burn-er)is a cavity structure in the human body,enclosed by membranes,that connects the internal organs.It links the Five Zang and Six Fu,realizing the functions as the Qi,blood,food,and water pathways,serving as the foundation for Qi and blood circulation throughout the body.If the Three Jiao is unbalanced,the distribution and transformation of Qi,blood,food,and Fluids become abnormal,easily stag-nating in the meridians and forming masses over time.Based on the core functions of the Three Jiao in"connecting the Five Zang and Six Fu and ensuring the flow of Qi,blood,food,and Water",a targeted approach of promoting flow,warming and tonifying,harmonizing and resolving the Sanjiao issues in tumor prevention and treatment is proposed,providing concrete directions and practical evidence for clinical TCM tumor prevention and therapy.关键词
