基于"破阴结"探讨经方中芍药配伍规律
TCM Medicine Compatibility law of Shaoyao(Paeonia Lactiflora)in Classical Prescription Based on"Breaking Yin Knot"
摘要
Abstract
Zou Shu,famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,proposed in Ben Jing Shu Zheng that Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)has the clini-cal effect of"breaking Yin knots".Exploring the medicine compatibility significance of Shaoyao in Guizhi Decoction,Huangqin Decoc-tion,Sini Powder,Danggui Sini Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction and other prescriptions,the following can be seen:The medicine compati-bility of Guizhi(Cassia twig)and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)in Guizhi Decoction can harmonize the Ying and Wei to break the Yin knot induced by external Wind and Cold evil factors;the combination of Huangqin(Scutellaria)and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)in Huangqin Decoction can clear Qi and regulate blood to break the Yin knots with Heat caused by Wind and Cold evil factors;in Sini Powder,Chaihu(Bupleurum)and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)are compatible in breaking the Yin knots induced by Qi stagnation,and in harmonizing the Liver and Spleen with mild Qi stagnation syndrome;the combination of Zhishi(Fructus aurantii immaturus)and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)can break the Yin knots caused by Qi stagnation,and clear Heat and remove blockage in case of heavy syndrome;Gancao(Licorice)and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)can be compatible to harmonize Liver Qi in dealing with case of emer-gency;Danggui(Angelica)and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)are used together in Danggui Sini Decoction can break the Yin knot with blood deficiency syndrome;the compatibility of Fuzi(Aconite)and Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora)in Zhenwu Decoction can break the Yin knots with internal Cold syndrome.关键词
