Abstract
Luanchuan County,situated in western Henan Province on the northern slopes of the Funiu Mountains,features typical mountainous topography with significant relief and well-developed river networks,where the Yi River and its tributaries flow through the entire region.As flood disasters are frequent natural hazards globally,scientifically assessing flood risk and its impact on the population are crucial for disaster prevention and mitigation.A flood risk assessment model was constructed by integrating hydrological analysis with ArcGIS spatial analysis techniques,incorporating Digital Elevation Models(DEM),rainfall data,land use types,and population distribution data.The results demonstrated that this approach effectively identifies high-risk zones and affected populations,providing a scientific basis for regional flood control planning and emergency management.The findings offer valuable references for flood risk assessment and population exposure analysis in similar regions.关键词
