Abstract
Conducting health assessments of rivers and lakes is a fundamental task in river and lake management and protection,an important measure to strengthen the River and Lake Chief System,and a vital reference for testing the effectiveness of management and protection efforts.A health assessment indicator system for the Huihe River was constructed,comprising 14 metrics across four dimensions.The results indicated that the overall health status of the Huihe River was"Healthy,"although issues remained in aspects such as the"basin"and biological conditions.These analytical results help in understanding the current problems of the Huihe River and their underlying causes,providing decision-making references for its protection,development,and utilization.关键词
