基于NSGA-Ⅲ的eVTOL飞行器双三相电机分层优化设计
Layered optimization design of dual three-phase drive motors for eVTOL aircraft based on NSGA-Ⅲ

Abstract
By optimizing the design of electric motors for electric vertical take-off and landing(eVTOL)aircraft,significant improvements can be achieved in torque density and efficiency while reducing torque ripple,thereby en-hancing the application potential of eVTOL vehicles in urban air mobility and improving their performance in noise control,payload capacity,and flight safety.A NSGA-Ⅲ-based hierarchical optimization method for a dual three-phase drive motors used in an eVTOL aircraft is proposed,and six-stator structural parameters are optimized.The reliability of the optimal method is verified with simulation and experiment.The results show that the torque density and efficiency of the optimized motor can achieve 55.5 N·m/kg and 93.55%respectively,which are improved by 6.05 N·m/kg and 1.35%respectively compared to the pre-optimized method,while the torque ripple is reduce from 3.96%to 2.54%.关键词
