半夏泻心汤治疗消化系统疾病研究进展
Research Progress on Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction in the Treatment of Digestive System Diseases

Abstract
Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction originates from Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.It has functions of harmonizing the spleen and stomach and balancing cold and heat.It is primarily indicated for epigastric fullness syndrome with cold and heat in complex-ity.In the treatment of digestive system diseases,it exhibits multi-target and multi-pathway pharmacological effects,including anti-in-flammatory and antibacterial actions,protection of gastrointestinal mucosa,regulation of intestinal flora,improvement of immune func-tion,and inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,etc.It is widely used to treat various digestive system diseases,such as chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer,gastric cancer,diabetic gastroparesis,and ulcerative colitis,with proven efficacy.However,its clinical application is cur-rently mostly limited to traditional decoctions,which still face challenges such as cumbersome preparation and suboptimal stability of ac-tive ingredients.Therefore,future research should deeply integrate systems biology and artificial intelligence technologies to promote the transformation of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction from empirical medicine to precision medicine,further enhancing its clinical appli-cation value.关键词
