从"一气周流"论治肿瘤相关性失眠
Treating Cancer-Related Insomnia from the Perspective of"Circulation of Unified Qi"
摘要
Abstract
Cancer-related insomnia(CRI)as a common complication among cancer patients severely impairs their quality of life.The core pathogenesis of CRI lies in the dysfunction of the middle energizer in transportation and transformation,leading to disrupted ascend-ing and descending movements of qi,which influences the pivotal function of the spleen and stomach,subsequently causing liver depres-sion,disharmony between the heart and kidney,and imbalance between nutrient and defense qi,etc.ultimately affecting the mind and re-sulting in insomnia.Based on the theory of"circulation of unified qi,"the treatment should focus on regulating the spleen and stomach,and restoring the pivotal function of the middle energizer.At the same time,soothing the liver to relieve depression,harmonizing the heart and kidney,diffusing the lung to descend turbidity,and regulating nutrient and defensive qi,and other methods can also be com-plem ented for holistic regulation of qi movement and visceral functions,then the orderly circulation of qi and blood as well as the inter-action of yin and yang can be restored,thereby achieving the goal of calming the mind,promoting sleep,and improving sleep quality.关键词
