The Characteristics,Measures and Enlightenment of T-Level Action Plan

Abstract
The UK government has launched a T-Level action plan to address the mismatch between skills developed by uni-versities and those needed by employers.Based on the data survey at the national and local levels and the needs of employers and stakeholders,the T-Level action plan formulated the training objectives,course planning and technical qualification certification of skilled talents,emphasized the"job-oriented"learning and training of skills,and conducted skill evaluation through the combina-tion of core knowledge assessment and occupation-specific skill assessment.To a certain extent,it has improved the quality of the training of skilled talents needed by the society.This brings three enlightenments for the training of high-quality composite skills talents in vocational education in China:first,to build a skills-training system which is co-built by stakeholders and integrated by employees;The second is to create a"job-oriented"teaching and evaluation model of skill training;The third is to establish a mul-ti-dimensional skill structure based on people's all-round development needs.关键词
