西北地区社区营造对乡村振兴的影响机制、水平测度及实践进路
The Influence Mechanism,Level Measurement and Practical Approach of Community Building in Northwest China on Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Community building is not only an important measure to meet people's needs for a better life but also a key approach to promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Based on the panel data of five provinces in Northwest China from 2010 to 2022,this paper uses the entropy weight method to calculate the levels of community building and rural revitalization,and em-ploys benchmark regression models,threshold models,and moderation effect models to reveal the direct effect,nonlinear effect,and moderation effect of community building on rural revitalization in Northwest China.The empirical results show that community building has a significant positive impact on rural revitalization and the analysis has passed a series of robustness and endogeneity tests.Further research reveals that carbon emissions have a threshold effect on the effectiveness of community building,and the pos-itive impact weakens when exceeding a certain value.Government expenditures on community affairs and environmental pollution play a negative moderating role in the promotion of rural revitalization by community building.In light of this,the paper proposes policy approaches to further strengthen community building in Northwest China to boost rural revitalization,including embedding reasonable policy support for community building,implementing differentiated carbon reduction measures,precisely conducting en-vironmental protection and green infrastructure construction,and optimizing performance evaluation mechanisms.关键词
