Abstract
Abstrcat Objective:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of the domestic Wego"MicroHand S"surgical robot-assisted laparoscopic in retroperitoneal adrenalectomy.Methods:A prospective analysis was conducted on 52 patients who underwent Wego"MicroHand S"robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal adrenalectomy at Xuzhou Central Hospital from May 2024 to October 2024.Surgical completions,operative time,postoperative drainage tube indwelling time,length of hospital stay,and complications were recorded and analyzed.Results:All 52 surgeries were completed successfully without conversion to open surgery or adding auxiliary ports.The operative time was(82.60±15.26)minutes,with the blood loss of(20.19±8.69)mL.The drainage tube indwelling time was(2.73±0.72)days,and the length of hospital stay was(5.48±1.99)days.At 3-month follow-up,all patients recovered well without complications higher than Clavien grade Ⅱ.Conclusion:The domestic Wego"MicroHand S"robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal adrenalectomy is safe and feasible.关键词
