国产多孔腔镜手术机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术的安全性及可行性分析

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the domestic Edge® multi-port endoscopic robotic system for pyeloplasty.Methods:7 patients who underwent Edge® multi-port robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty at Peking University First Hospital-Miyun Hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected.Intraoperative and postoperative indicators,as well as 3-month follow-up results were collected and analyzed.Results:All surgeries were successfully completed without conversion to open or conventional laparoscopic surgery.The operative time were(194.71±52.17)minutes,with an estimated blood loss of 50(25,165)mL.The length of hospital stay were(4.86±0.83)days.Postoperative estimated glomerular filtration rates(eGFR)at 1 day,3 days,and 3 months were(89.76±33.98)mL/(min·1.73 m2),(88.84±31.87)mL/(min·1.73 m2),and(67.87±25.14)mL/(min·1.73 m2),respectively.The 3-month diuretic renal dynamic GFR of the affected side was(34.30±10.76)mL/min.No Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅲ or higher complications occurred.Follow-up at 3 months showed good recovery in all patients.Conclusion:The domestic Edge® multi-port endoscopic robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty is safe and feasible.关键词
