机器人辅助全髋关节置换术对假体植入精准度及康复效果的影响
Effect of robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty on prosthesis implantation accuracy and rehabilitation outcomes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty(RA-THA)on the accuracy of prosthesis implantation and postoperative rehabilitation outcomes.Methods:A prospective study was conducted involving 90 THA patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from April 2022 to June 2024.Participants were randomly divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)using the block randomization.The control group underwent conventional THA,while the study group received RA-THA.Postoperative indicators,prosthesis implantation accuracy,recovery of lower limb length,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group had a longer operative time than the control group(P<0.05).The study group showed a larger acetabular cup anteversion angle,smaller offset discrepancy,and reduced lower limb length discrepancy compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:RA-THA has favorable outcomes,which can effecctively improve the accuracy of prosthesis implantation,optimize lower limb length balance,and reduce complication rates.关键词
