Abstract
In the context of global climate change and the"Dual Carbon"goals,there is an urgent need for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the water conservancy industry.Taking the Rengang Sluice Station pump renovation project as a typical case,the core technical characteristics of the permanent magnet direct drive submersible axial flow pump(hereinafter referred to as the"permanent magnet pump")and its application effects in energy efficiency improvement were systematically analyzed.The research results show that this technology features four core technological innovations:high power density permanent magnet synchronous motors,high efficiency hydraulic models with low vibration design,variable frequency direct-drive systems,and dual sealing with intelligent monitoring systems.The technology has achieved a significant improvement in system efficiency,reducing the unit power consumption for water lifting by 52.5%and resulting in annual cost savings of 310,000 yuan in the case of the Rengang Sluice Station.关键词
