激光光谱技术在呼出气体检测领域研究进展及应用
Research Progress and Application of Exhaled Gas Detection by Using Laser Spectroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Human exhaled breath contains a wealth of biological information,including thousands of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)that are closely related to the metabolic status of human body.These VOCs can reflect an individual's physiological and pathological characteristics,enabling the early screening and diagnosis of various diseases through analyzing the VOCs components.Recent rapid advancements in laser spectroscopy have significantly propelled research in exhaled breath analysis.As a non-contact detec-tion technology,it has notable advantages including high sensitivity,high selectivity,and real-time analy-sis,demonstrating considerable application potential.This review provides a detailed introduction to laser spectroscopy analysis methods.Furthermore,by examining the current state of research both domestically and internationally,it forecasts future development trends of laser spectroscopy in the field of exhaled breath detection.关键词
