摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of enterprises'innovation-driven demands and the reuse of idle buildings,this paper explores the core driving forces behind the transformation of enterprises'idle single-story factory buildings into R&D spaces.It points out three major challenges in the transformation:spatial adaptation,environmental creation,and cultural context inheritance.Taking the renovation of Mingyang Group's 1.5 MW factory building as an example,this paper proposes renovation strategies from the aspects of replacing spatial functions to meet demands,reshaping spatial forms to stimulate innovation,creating a comfortable and sustainable spatial environment,and building a spatial atmosphere for cultural inheritance.This study offers references for the renewal of existing spaces of similar enterprises and urban renewal.关键词
