标准与知识产权协同视角下我国建筑业高质量发展的政策量化评价
Quantitative Policy Evaluation of High-Quality Development in China's Construction Industry from the Perspective of Synergy Between Standards and Intellectual Property

Abstract
As a pillar of the national economy,the construction industry's policy framework—particularly its scientific and systematic nature—directly affects the industry's high-quality development.This study,from the perspective of synergy between standards and intellectual property,selects relevant policy texts regarding high-quality development in China's construction industry as research objects.By applying text mining and visualization analysis methods,a PMC index model for evaluating these policies is constructed,followed by an empirical assessment of 14 related policies.The results show that the evaluated policy samples can be classified into three levels:excellent,good,and qualified,with an overall performance at a good level.Accordingly,the study proposes targeted optimization suggestions.关键词
