Research on Training Strategies for Young Scientific and Technological Innovation Talents in Jiangxi Province in the Context of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
New quality productive forces,serving as a new engine for high-quality eco-nomic and social development,present new imperatives for the cultivation of young scien-tific and technological talents.Currently,Jiangxi Province is in a critical juncture of eco-nomic transformation.Despite notable progress in cultivating young scientific and techno-logical innovation talents—evidenced by an improving policy framework and talent clusters in fields like new energy—significant challenges remain.These include the outflow of high-level talents,uneven distribution of research resources,and an innovation ecosys-tem that requires further optimization.Employing SWOT analysis,this study proposes a development approach centered on leveraging policy and industrial advantages to seize op-portunities presented by national strategies and regional cooperation.To this end,recom-mendations include optimizing the talent policy system,deepening mechanisms for region-al collaborative innovation,improving the innovation ecosystem,and strengthening career development safeguards,with the goal of systematically advancing the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents.关键词
