江西省专精特新中小企业高质量发展对策研究
Research on Countermeasures for the High-Quality Development of Specialized,Refined,Unique and Innovative SMEs in Jiangxi Province

Abstract
The pursuit of specialization,refinement,uniqueness,and innovation is not only a development direction for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),but also a key pathway for industrial SMEs to overcome development bottlenecks and achieve transformation and upgrading.Focusing on such SMEs,this study delineates two distinct phases in the development trajectory of these SMEs in Jiangxi Province:"local independ-ent exploration"and"nationwide standard guidance."It systematically outlines their characteristics,including the alignment between regional distribution and economic lev-els,the dominance of the manufacturing sector,and notable product competitiveness.The paper further analyzes critical development challenges,such as insufficient policy support effectiveness,lagging cultivation quality,and weakening momentum in R&D and innovation.Finally,it proposes corresponding solutions aimed at providing a reference for Jiangxi Province to optimize its cultivation policies for specialized,refined,unique,and innovative SMEs,and promote their high-quality development.关键词
