区域产学研耦合协调评价及影响因素研究
Research on the Evaluation of Regional Industry-University-Research Coupling Coordination and Its Influencing Factors:A Case Study of the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regions

Abstract
Scientific and technological innovation serves as the core driving force leading high-quality development,and the synergistic development among industries,universi-ties,and research institutions is crucial for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and enhancing regional technological innovation capabilities.Focusing on the two major economic regions,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta,this study constructs an evaluation index system for Industry-University-Research(IUR)coupling coordination degree.Employing an improved entropy method,a coupling coordination degree model,and kernel density estimation,it evaluates the IUR coupling coordination levels of the two regions from 2014 to 2023,and further applies a Tobit model to identify the key factors influencing IUR coupling coordination develop-ment.The findings indicate that:(1)The IUR innovation development level in both re-gions shows an overall upward trend,characterized by universities taking the lead while enterprises and research institutions lag behind;(2)The IUR coupling coordination de-gree in both regions has increased steadily,with the overall level of the Yangtze River Delta surpassing that of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei;(3)The influencing factors differ:Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei is affected by economic development level,degree of openness to the outside world,average enterprise size,and technology market support,while the Yan-gtze River Delta is primarily influenced by economic development level,average enter-prise size,technology market support,and government support.关键词
