中医护理技术促进胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的范围综述
TCM nursing techniques for recovery of gastrointestinal function after cholecystectomy:a scoping review

Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review of the application of TCM nursing techniques in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cholecystectomy in the past five years,and to provide references for optimizing clinical nursing practice.Methods We systematically searched PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP Database from January 2020 to April 2025.Literature on promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after cholecystectomy with TCM nursing technology was included,and the data on intervention methods,frequency,and effect indicators were extracted.Results Nineteen ar-ticles were collected,including nine techniques of suspension moxibustion,septal moxibustion,acupoint application,meridian acupoint massage,acupoint injection,and auricular acupoint compression.The main outcome indicators included the time to first postoperative gas and defecation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,time to recovery of bowel sounds,and scores of gas-trointestinal function recovery.Conclusion TCM nursing techniques have shown significant efficacy in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after cholecystectomy,however,challenges such as insufficient standardization of technical procedures and a lack of long-term follow-up persist.It is recommended to optimize intervention protocols by integrating evidence-based medicine in the fu-ture,and to promote multidisciplinary collaboration along with the development of clinical guidelines.关键词
