摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically retrieve and summarize the best evidence for early rehabilitation management after trans-catheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR),and to provide reference for establishing standardized clinical rehabilitation pathways. Methods A comprehensive literature search was conducted in databases including PubMed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Evidence-Based Healthcare Center,Medlive,VIP Database,Wanfang Database, and BMJ Best Practice for guidelines, expert consensus, systematic reviews and best practices regarding early rehabilitation for post-TAVR patients, with a retrieval period spanning from the inception to December 2024.Two researchers independently assessed the quality of included literature and extracted the data. Results Ten articles were included, comprising five guidelines and five expert consensuses, resulting in 21 pieces of best evidence covering seven aspects:early mobilization, respiratory function, nutritional management, pain management, cardiac function monitoring, complication prevention and psychological support. Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for early reha-bilitation management after TAVR,which provides resource preparation for clinical translation and clinical decision-making basis for healthcare professionals to carry out scientific and effective rehabilitation practices.Clinical staff should reasonably select and apply these evidence-based practices according to patients'individual conditions and continuously update evidence to standardize the reha-bilitation and improve medical quality.关键词
