Abstract
Objective To summarize the best evidence on compassion fatigue interventions in nurses and provide an evidence-based basis for nursing managers to develop compassion fatigue intervention programs.Methods Based on the"6S"model,guidelines,expert consensuses,clinical decisions,systematic reviews,Meta-analyses,and evidence summary on the intervention of nurses'com-passion fatigue were retrieved from relevant databases and websites.The retrieval period spanned from the inception to May 10,2025.Quality assessment,evidence extraction,and summarization of the included literature were performed independently by two nursing master students.Standardized tools for cross-verification was used to ensure consistency.Results Fourteen articles were included,including two guidelines and twelve systematic reviews,and eighteen pieces of best evidence were summarized across five aspects:identification and evaluation,self-response,support system,education and training,and working environment.Conclusion In the development and implementation of nurse compassion fatigue interventions,it is critical for nurses to have timely and accurate assess-ment of compassion fatigue symptoms and improve coping skills by increasing psychological resilience and developing personal plans.Nursing managers can reduce the level of nurses'compassion fatigue by improving working environment and enhancing education,training and supporting systems,thereby promoting nursing team development and nursing quality.关键词
