胰腺癌术后患者居家护理需求质性研究的Meta整合
In-home nursing care needs of patients after pancreatic cancer surgery:a Meta-synthesis of qualitative research
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate in-home care needs of patients after pancreatic cancer surgery,and to provide references for subsequent targeted nursing follow-up.Methods We searched PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane li-brary,CINAHL,PsycINFO,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database and relevant professional websites for qualitative studies on in-home care needs of patients after pancreatic cancer surgery,with a research period spanning from the incep-tion to February 2025.Results A total of 18 studies were included,with 81 research results extracted and 17 new categories summa-rized.Seven integrated results of physiological needs,information needs,psychological needs,social needs,emotional needs,spiritual needs and practical needs were finally synthesized according to supportive care theory.Conclusion Patients after pancreatic cancer surgery have diverse care needs.It is important to thoroughly assess and address these needs,with a focus on symptom management,in-tegration of social support systems,holistic care and optimized home follow-up,thus to improve the quality of extended nursing services关键词
