护理学硕士研究生对社区护理课程中人工智能服务需求的质性研究
Nursing postgraduates'demand for artificial intelligence services in Community Nursing:a qualitative study

Abstract
Objective To explore master of nursing postgraduates'needs and expectations regarding integrating artificial intelligence(AI)into the course of Community Nursing.Methods A phenomenological approach was adopted.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 nursing postgraduates from July to August 2025.Interview recordings were transcribed,and themes were extracted via Colaizzi's seven-step method.Results Three themes and eight sub-themes were extracted:Progressive demand for AI knowledge in community nursing(proactive exploration of AI tools based on research and practice,enhancement of research innovation capabili-ties tailored to community nursing,and cultivation of future-oriented advanced nursing professionals);Expectations for AI teaching models adapted to community nursing scenarios(personalized content design based on research directions,student-centered interac-tive learning,and practical AI skills training focused on community scenarios),and Concerns and suggestions regarding the integration of AI into Community Nursing(dual constraints of technical barriers and application costs,ethical risks associated with data privacy and information security).Conclusion Nursing postgraduates hold a positive attitude toward integrating AI into the course of Commu-nity Nursing.Nursing educators should fully consider students'needs,optimize curriculum design,and construct AI-Community Nurs-ing integrated teaching that aligns with disciplinary frontiers and student development.关键词
