面向低轨卫星的NB-IoT资源切片动态管理方法
A dynamic resource slicing management method for NB-IoT in low Earth orbit satellites

Abstract
To address the dynamic resource scheduling problem for Internet of Things(IoT)services with diverse quality of service(QoS)requirements in low Earth orbit(LEO)high-mobility scenarios,this pa-per proposes a Lyapunov optimization-based dynamic resource slicing management method for narrow band(NB)-IoT multi-service systems.This method integrates the QoS requirements of multiple IoT ser-vices,the states of different QoS queues,and the dynamic allocation of slice sizes,formulating a re-source scheduling optimization problem for dynamic slice allocation.Furthermore,based on Lyapunov op-timization theory,the non-convex multi-slot dynamic resource slicing problem is transformed into a single-slot resource slice configuration problem for multi-QoS tasks,enabling dynamic adaptation between re-source slices and multi-QoS queues in dynamic service scenarios.Simulation results demonstrate that com-pared to traditional NB-IoT uplink re-source scheduling methods,the proposed method significantly en-hances QoS assurance and throughput for delay-sensitive services in LEO high-mobility scenarios.关键词
