AECOPD患者压力知觉现状及影响因素研究
Research on the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Perceived Stress in Patients with AECOPD

Abstract
To accurately assess the level of perceived stress and its in fluencing factors among patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),this study adopted a cross-sectional study and re-cruited 127 AECOPD patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at the Affiliated Hospi-tal of Inner Mongolia Minzu University between March and October 2024.Patients with AECOPD were evaluated using the general information questionnaires,CAT questionnaire,mMRC questionnaire and CPSS scale.The results showed that the total perceived stress score of AECOPD patients was(30.402±10.980),with nearly two-thirds of patients'per-ceived stress exceeded the normal level.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that occupational status(β=-0.262,P=0.004),CAT score(β=0.287,P=0.011),and mMRC score(β=0.218,P=0.025)were the influencing factors of per-ceived stress in AECOPD patients(P＜0.05).It can be seen that patients with AECOPD generally have a relatively high level of perceived stress,which is significantly affected by their occupational status and the severity of disease symptoms.It is recommended that clinical departments enhance psychological assessment and intervention for this group of people to improve their quality of life and promote the rehabilitation.关键词
