Abstract
Aiming at the problems such as poor process consistency and low equipment coordination efficiency existing in the manufacturing of power lithium battery cells,this study has constructed a digital workshop intelligent manufacturing system based on"physical layer-data layer-application layer".By deploying high-precision sensor networks and edge computing nodes,the fluctuation range of the coating surface density is narrowed to±0.9%.The development of intelligent algorithm models has increased the winding alignment qualification rate to 97.8% and the overall equipment efficiency(OEE)to 84.1%.Application cases show that this mode reduces the energy consumption per Wh by 19.7%,shortens the model change time by 65.2%,and supports the flexible production of multiple types of battery cells.The research provides a replicable technical path for the intelligent transformation of the lithium battery industry.关键词
