摘要

Abstract

To automate and digitize heavy-metal smelting,eliminate human error,lower the physical demands and skill level required of operators,and raise both productivity as well as process transparency and intelligence,an additive-feeding site must provide autonomous lifting of crucibles,trays and similar loads.A four-point translating-and-clamping automatic composite spreader was therefore developed to match the structural features of these utensils.Traditional mechanical calculations coupled with finite-element analysis were used to investigate stresses and verify spreader strength.Field tests confirm that the spreader is rational,safe and effective,reliably transferring crucibles and trays and offering a valuable reference for future engineering practice.
