Abstract
To support large-scale bridge and offshore wind-power installation,a heavy-duty double-boom luffing marine crane has been developed for lifting long-span components. The crane employs an A-frame plus double-boom arrangement that minimizes hull interfaces and maximizes deck-space utilization.A4×625 t main hook, operable either linked or independently,is fitted with an innovatively steerable deflection sheave, allowing the linked hook to slew±15° laterally or±10° longitudinally so as to match any spreader or lift-point geometry. The double boom is symmetrically arranged relative to the longitudinal axis of the hull, and the single boom truss is asymmetric, which can increase the lateral spacing of hooks and the lateral clearance between booms to meet the hoisting of long-span members and tower members. The boom truss adopts the structural form of changing 8 main limbs into 4 main limbs, which optimizes the structural stress and reduces the dead weight.关键词
