摘要

Abstract

Water quantity measurement,as a critical component of water resource management and utilization,relies on technical standards that are of significant importance for ensuring measurement accuracy and promoting the rational allocation of water resources.By conducting a comparative analysis of domestic and international technical standards for water-measuring weirs and flumes(specialized water-measuring fa-cilities),this paper focused on exploring the product technical parameters,metering performance parameters,and measurement method pa-rameters of key equipment such as thin-plate weirs,broad-crested weirs,profile weirs,and long/short-throated flumes.The study reveals sig-nificant differences between domestic and international standards in aspects including the classification,structural dimensions,measurement methods,and application constraints of water-measuring weirs and flumes.This paper can provide technical references for the formulation and optimization of China's water metering technology standards through the comparative analysis of major technical parameters in domestic and international water metering standards.It further seeks to enhance the quality and operability of these standards,thereby better serving water metering practices in the water conservancy industry,implementing the strictest water resource management system,and providing strong sup-port for the implementation of the national metrology development plan and the core work of water conservancy.
