Abstract
This study evaluates the repairing effects of a moisturizing repair cream formulated with resveratrol,magnolol,and aescin on skin damage.In vitro biochemical assays were used to determine the cream's free radical-scavenging capacity.An acute UV-induced HaCaT cell injury model was established to assess its protective effects against oxidative stress.A cell scratch assay was employed to examine its role in promoting skin cell repair.A DNFB-induced mouse model of contact dermatitis was used to evaluate improvements in skin lesion severity,record scratching frequency,analyze histopathological changes in the affected tissue,and quantify mRNA expression levels of key cytokines via real-time quantitative PCR.The results showed that the repair cream exhibited strong ABTS and DPPH free radical-scavenging activity;significantly inhibited reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation in UV-exposed HaCaT cells and enhanced cell viability;and promoted cell proliferation and repair of damaged skin cells.In the atopic-dermatitis-like mouse model,the repair cream notably reduced skin lesion severity,scratching frequency,epidermal thickening,and inflammatory cell infiltration.Additionally,the mRNA expression levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-4,and IL-13 in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the model group.Overall,the moisturizing repair cream exerts its skin-repairing effects by suppressing oxidative stress and inflammatory responses while promoting skin cell proliferation.关键词
