摘要

Abstract

Focusing on new energy intelligent tractors,the core direction of modern agricultural equipment,systematic discussions were conducted on the technological development and challenges in such key fields as power system,intelligent control,intelligent networking,vehicle integration,and operation and maintenance management.It was pointed out in the study that the evolution of current technologies had shifted from a single energy substitution to the systematic reconstruction of the whole vehicle architecture,and remarkable progress had been achieved in electric drive platforms,intelligent control algorithms and other aspects.However,the industry was still confronted with such core bottlenecks as the difficulty in balancing the energy density and cost of energy storage systems,poor energy efficiency management under complex working conditions,ecological closure caused by the lack of data standards,and the arduous task of full-life-cycle health management of power batteries in harsh environments.In response to the above problems,cutting-edge explorations were carried out by the academic community in model predictive control-based energy management,networking architecture integrating semantic interoperability and digital twins,and predictive health management based on multi-physics field coupling.It was predicted that new energy intelligent tractors would evolve into intelligent operation terminals with deep software-hardware collaboration,global optimization and independent decision-making capabilities in the future,and their technological breakthroughs and industrialization promotion were regarded as of great strategic significance for advancing the construction of smart agriculture and the low-carbon transformation of agriculture.
