农机作业部件材料强化处理技术研究现状与展望
Research status and prospect of material strengthening technology for agricultural machinery working components
摘要
Abstract
The wear-out failure problems were confronted by agricultural machinery working parts under complex operating conditions,which were regarded as the key factors restricting the working efficiency and service life of agricultural machinery.The wear resistance,corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of these parts were improved by adopting strengthening treatment technologies,which was of great significance to ensuring the continuity and economy of agricultural production.For this purpose,the research progress of strengthening treatment technologies was systematically sorted out.On the basis of summarizing the types of key parts and wear forms,discussions were carried out around three types of methods,namely surface treatment technology,bionic structure design and high-strength materials.The research status of typical processes such as surface cladding,thermal spraying and surfacing welding was emphatically discussed.Finally,future development directions were prospected from four aspects:developing targeted solutions,promoting the integration of composite strengthening technologies,focusing on low-cost and high-efficiency manufacturing processes,and constructing a failure prediction system,so as to provide theoretical reference for improving the performance of agricultural machinery working parts.关键词
