巴哈赛车前置转向系统设计与分析
Design and analysis of front-mounted steering system for Baja racing car
摘要
Abstract
To address the issue that the rear-mounted split steering trapezoid structure of Baja racing cars tends to cause a decline in steering performance,an improved design was carried out for the steering system of Baja racing cars.Considering the characteristics of all-terrain race tracks,a front-mounted split steering trapezoid structure was adopted to adapt to the independent suspension,ensuring steering stability under complex road conditions;the steering gear rack was made of 42CrMo alloy steel treated with quenching and tempering.The force-bearing status of the system was analyzed through mechanical calculations,and simulation verification was conducted using ANSYS software.The results showed that the peak contact stress of the gear rack was much lower than the yield strength of the material,and the minimum fatigue life of the components meets the standard,satisfying the strength and durability requirements of the racing car's steering system.关键词
