Abstract
As an advanced formwork method,hydraulic climbing formwork technology is widely used in large-scale hydraulic engineering.Taking the Dongzhuang Water Control Project as an example,this study analyzes the effectiveness of the hydraulic climbing formwork system during construction and evaluates its impact on structural stability,construction efficiency,and concrete quality.The results show that the hydraulic climbing formwork system significantly improves formwork stability,increasing the anti-overturning factor from 1.00 to 2.20.The automated lifting and lowering of the formwork enhance construction precision and reduce safety risks associated with high-altitude operations.Under wind speeds of up to 100 km/h,the horizontal displacement of the formwork is 15.5 mm,with a stress of 82.5 MPa.The lift height has a certain influence on stress concentration in the formwork,and hydraulic climbing formwork technology demonstrates excellent adaptability under different lift heights.The study also explores optimization directions for modular design and real-time monitoring systems,and looks into its potential for application in other large-scale hydraulic projects.关键词
