Abstract
Taking the Xingfu River and Lake Construction Project at Xizhai Reservoir in Wenchang City,Hainan Province as the study case,this research applies the concept of ecology-oriented multifunctional planning of waterfront spaces.Through systematic studies on hydrological analysis,flood regulation calculations,reservoir capacity curves,and engineering layout characteristics,the impact of recreational facility construction on the reservoir's flood control capacity is quantitatively assessed.The results indicate that the project occupies only 0.03%of the total reservoir capacity,with an increase in flood regulation water level of less than 0.01 m,demonstrating a negligible effect on flood control capacity.Furthermore,the project significantly improves the regional ecological environment by expanding the water surface area,increasing vegetation coverage,and enhancing soil and water conservation.Based on the analysis,engineering and non-engineering measures such as reservoir capacity compensation and flood-season construction management are proposed,providing scientific references for flood control impact assessments and ecological restoration in similar projects.This study not only verifies the feasibility of ecology-oriented multifunctional planning of waterfront spaces but also offers theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of waterfront areas.关键词
