中欧班列运营态势监测指标体系构建研究
Research on Construction of Monitoring Index System for Operation Situation of China Railway Express

Abstract
After more than a decade of exploration and development,the China Railway Express has gradually become the flagship product of international rail transport on the Eurasian continent.At present,the China Railway Express has transitioned from the explosive growth period marked by rapid expansion in scale and quantity to the consolidation and enhancement period of high-quality development.This analysis examined the current development status and main problems of the China Railway Express,aiming to conduct a more comprehensive assessment and analysis of the overall operation situation of the China Railway Express.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the high-quality development of the China Railway Express,it explored the selection principles of operation situation monitoring indexes.A monitoring index system for operation situation was constructed from dimensions such as train dispatching,operation efficiency,port smoothness,total price,economic and trade contribution,service quality,market competitiveness,and policy environment.Furthermore,based on the identified problems,the following countermeasures and suggestions were proposed:continuously enhancing the marketization level of the China Railway Express,establishing an industry data sharing mechanism,strengthening market-oriented dynamic monitoring,and promoting the compilation and release of relevant indices for the China Railway Express.These measures aim to provide a basis for decision-making in evaluating and managing the operational situation of the China Railway Express.关键词
